THE CABINET

The Cabinet of the Governor is the official secretariat of the Governor. The Cabinet is charged with supporting the Governor in the performance of his constitutional duties. The Cabinet acts as a link between the head of state and the ministers. This task takes shape i.a. in the signing of official state documents, such as state decrees and state ordinances, and in setting the Governor’s agenda.

The Cabinet of the Governor is managed by a director. At present, this is Mr. mr. P.T. Benschop.
